Suggestion to Our Readers: Edit Wikipedia and Correct the Lincoln/Darwin Myth

As John West notes today, Wikipedia includes a whopper of a fable that Abraham Lincoln read and warmly endorsed Darwin’s Origin of Species. I’m not in the habit of editing Wikipedia but if any of our readers would care to do so in this case, you are warmly encouraged. It would be interesting to see if correcting the fallacy sticks or whether, as I’ve documented before, another editor comes along near-instantaneously to restore the falsehood. If you do this, please let me know by emailing us here. I’ll then set my stopwatch and see what happens.
I’m now on Twitter. Find me @d_klinghoffer.
